Shipping policy

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. 

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify customerservice@oberonasscher.com

All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. 

Oberon Asscher is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. Oberon Asscher will not replace any packages.
